  Dear Mr. Adams,
  My name is Robin Cross. I reside in Atlanta GA where I am an active member of the Saint Phillip AME Church. As Brothers & Sisters in the Lord we prayerfully provided our support to one of our members Mrs. Karen James in the home going celebration of her Mother: Mrs. Susie Fay Jefferson on November 11, 2016.
  
  We sent flowers to this family through Lester Florist Shop located in Savannah (order was processed on this week as well). Ms. Barbara took the order. Mrs. Karen James never received the plant arrangement we sent to the family. Here is my issue your General Manager Mr. Leroy was unprofessional and bottom line rude. We contact both business’ immediately about this matter and received no calls with any type of resolution. Mrs. James even called herself and spoke with one of your staff members. Is this the type of service your organization provides? I contact and wrote a letter to Lester Florist Shop with the same inquiry and received awesome customer service. “We will take care of the matter regards Ms. Cross’. This is not what I received from Mr. Leroy. His words were let me tell you something 1) If you do not have a person who signed for the flowers do not say we did not do our job!!! 2) You don’t know if they receive the flowers or not. Are you a member of the family? I guess I had to be in order to have received his rude mannerism.
  
  I was under the impression your business was a business of service and ministry to families. I Corinthians 14:40: But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way
  
  The Church is a connectional group of believers. I am certain the local Churches in Savannah would not appreciate the level of “unprofessional service” Mother Jefferson family has encountered.
  
  Again, I fully understand this is and issue for Lester’s Florist to resolve however, if Mr. Leroy spoke to me the way he did today over the phone. I can only imagine how he speaks to family members or friends of those during bereavement. I will not recommend your Funeral Home Services to my family members or friends in your local area.

  We were not treated as clients, we were treated as family.
  
  On behalf of the family of Josephine Morgan, we cannot thank you enough for all the vital help in our time of grief this past December 2016. From the first inquiry call, to her death, to the paperwork, and even preparing the body for international travel, you made us feel like one of your family. You helped us through the initial grief process, handled everything, and informed us of each detail every step of the way, even after we were technically no longer under your jurisdiction. You kept in contact to ensure our beloved family member arrived at final destination and even checked with us up to the funeral. Your professionalism and care has left an imprint with us and we cannot thank you, and each person of your team, enough. May God continue to bless you as you continue providing assistance to others.
