  Our Mother passed away March 1st. We have been trying to get a replacement marker for her with no luck. The Vice President, Jim, wants me to call him on his personal cellphone, as his office number can't take messages. We had to give him our information again, after he told us the marker was ordered in April, but "something happened" and it had to be reordered. Calls and emails are not returned. I would like the PRESIDENT of the company to contact me so we could resolve this. The contract for her marker is paid in full, and we need it honored to avoid litigation. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless changes are made. Addendum: It is now July 7th, and still no replacement marker for our Mother........

  I own lots spaces at Hillcrest and in trying to get some things in order for the Family, I called for information about the regulations and requirements to plan ahead. Now living out of State, was very pleased with the Management's help to accomplish these things. **This is a beautiful place to rest. **If you are looking for a place, visit Hillcrest.
